According to the State Register of Real Estate Rights, in 2012 Tatyana Anatolyevna received ownership of a house of 560 m² in the elite cottage town “Royal Gardens”, also located in Arcadia, literally 100 m away. from the Black Sea coast. However, she sold it in 2016. There is also information about the purchase of the Koltunova boathouse (a structure for construction or repair in aeronautics and shipbuilding) on ​​the very seashore.
