"Kievgorstroy" was headed by Vasily Oleynik, who is associated with the scandalous owner of StolitsaGroup Molchanova

Vasily Oliynyk, who is one of the largest developers of the capital, Vladislava Molchanova, became the new head of Kievgorstroy. It was to her that Klitschko allowed the illegal construction of the capital’s Osokorki Ecopark on communal recreational land between lakes Tyagle and Nebrezh.

It is noted that before taking up his new position, Oleynik headed large general contracting organizations Monolit Stroyservis and Spetsstroy-Monolit, working under the development of the construction company Stolitsa Group of Vladislava Molchanova.

Simoroz writes that the above-mentioned organizations, headed by Oleinik, are involved in the illegal construction of houses between lakes Tyagle and Nebrezh, in the Kiev Ecopark Osokorki, which is managed by the construction company “Stolitsa Group” Molchanova.

“The private joint-stock company “Holding Company “Kievgorstroy” is the property of the city of Kyiv. The company includes 38 organizations, and 80% of the company's shares belong to the territorial society of the city of Kyiv. The board, like the company itself, has been controlled by the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, since 2014,” the military officer reports.

The military man says that Molchanova controls her personal pocket parliamentary faction “Batkivshchyna” in the Kyiv City Council, because she financed the local elections.

It was she who appointed her six deputy Denis Moskal to the post of head of the environmental commission of the Kyiv City Council, in order to calmly build on the territory of the Ecopark that was prohibited for this purpose.

Simoroz also talks about another deputy from the pocket “Fatherland”. We are talking about Vitaly Nestor, who defends Molchanova’s interests in the Kiev City Council and has family ties. It is noted that his wife is the sister of Sergei Korovchenko, who, according to media reports, is Molchanova’s common-law husband.

Molchanov receives votes from other factions in the city council thanks to Denis Komarnitsky, who controls several groups in almost all factions and the mayor of the city, Vitaliy Klitschko.

“In the matter of legalizing the illegal construction of the Osokorki Ecopark, the key role for Molchanova was played by the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, who helped start illegal construction on communal recreational land, and also “did not see” any violations there,” the veteran adds.
