As indicated on the informative poster, the public organization “Water-skiing club “Kyiv” will build a stadium in accordance with the order of the Kyiv City State Administration dated March 12, 2014 No. 252, which was issued by the late Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Vladimir Bondarenko. The layout diagram was signed by Deputy Chairman and Chief of Staff A. Puzanov. The building area is not indicated, but judging by the diagram, it is rather large.

Founders Kotlyarenko Alexander Evgenievich (involved in a criminal case for illegal deforestation in the very territory on which he began construction), Zapalskaya Zoryana Nikolaevna, Kotlyarenko Inna Viktorovna and Muzhchuk Valentin Anatolievich. According to open data, the income of the NGO VLK “Kyiv” is 0 UAH, that is, the NGO has all the signs of the so-called “gasket”.

As we see, Kiev residents are being deprived of a green zone and a favorite vacation spot on the basis of the “Order for Public Organizations.” As it turns out, this is also possible when there is a war in the country, and your public organization is registered at the address of the Podolsk Regional State Administration. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s a protected area or a nature protection strip.

It is also interesting whether Vitaliy Klitschko is aware of the illegal construction on Trukhanov, because it is Klitschko, as the current mayor of the city, who should be responsible to the people of Kiev.
