Klitschko allocates elite land to pro-Russian oligarch Kaufman and his swindler partners from Cyprus

The other day, the land commission of the Kyiv City Council, headed by Mikhail Terentyev, a deputy from the UDAR party, approved the transfer to DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION LLC of a land plot of 7.91 hectares with cadastral number 8000000000:90:400:0006 for some construction, which is located on 27 km of the Stolichnoye Highway in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv, the elite Koncha-Zaspa. The entire metropolitan establishment lives there.

This land belongs to the long-suffering sanatorium “Zhovten”, which was stolen from the state and for several years the State Bureau of Investigation has been inactive regarding this crime. The sanatorium's real estate itself was seized and transferred to the management of the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA). But Klitschko was not embarrassed by this moment at all, and he decided to transfer an elite plot of land to the Odessa oligarch and pro-Russian criminal Boris Kaufman, who represents Russian business in Ukraine, and his partners-swindlers from Cyprus, to whom we will return a little later. Why a criminal? But because Kaufman and his companion Alexander Granovsky are reasonably suspected of illegally taking over the Odessa International Airport, as a result of which they stole 2.5 billion in budgetary income.

Kaufman has a direct connection with the DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION company together with citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, who are firmly connected with the aggressor country. The scandalous Odessa businessman at one time quite successfully bankrupted the following Ukrainian banks: FINBANK, PLATINUM BANK, the head of the board of which was once Ekaterina Rozhkova, the first deputy head of the NBU, and UKRBUDINVESTBANK, together with the scandalous businessman Arthur Chechetkin.

Kaufman, through his tobacco monopolist TEDIS UKRAINE (formerly MEGAPOLIS), where his share is 49.9%, covers the joint business of the Russian arms baron Igor Kesaev, Putin’s godfather Viktor Medvedchuk and Boris Lozhkin. Why don’t the authorities pay attention to the Odessa oligarch, who willingly shares business with representatives of a terrorist country, thereby generously sponsoring the Russian military-industrial complex? As you know, money is everything! And what money doesn’t solve, a lot of money solves. This is exactly what happens in our case. And now, in the area allocated personally by the mayor of the capital Klitschko, which we wrote about at the very beginning of our material, the interest of Kaufman and his ungodly Cypriot partners is clearly visible.

Now, in fact, it’s time to move on to the DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION company, which lays claim to such a “fat” piece of land in Koncha-Zaspa. Believe me, this is where the most interesting and exciting part of our investigation begins. To clarify data about the owners of the above company, we turn to the YOUCONTROL analytical system. So what do we see? The owners of "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION" are the Cyprus offshore company "MEKUDA LIMITED" and a certain Cypriot citizen Christina Sophocleous, registered at the address: Cyprus, 1043, Limassol, Germasogeia, Giasemion, 4, apartment 21.

So what does Kaufman have to do with it? And despite the fact that her father Andreas Sophocleous, also a citizen of Cyprus and the owner of the Kyiv and Cypriot law firm Sophocleous and Partners, which is located on Saksagansky Street, 36-D, is a partner of Boris Kaufman and is quite closely associated with the latter. We came to this conclusion by visiting the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), which contains information about the owners of significant participation in the FINBANK bank bankrupt by Kaufman. In the document, along with Kaufman’s wife Anna and Granovsky’s (now former) wife Elena, Andreas Sophocleous is also listed as the owner of the bank.

By the way, the head office of the law firm of Andreas Sophocleous is located in Cyprus. On the website of the Cypriot company, his daughter Christina Sophocleous is listed as a lawyer - head of the corporate and commercial department. And her husband Christos Sylitziotis, with whom they formalized relations in the fall of 2018, holds the position of manager of the immigration department in his father-in-law’s company.

Andreas and Christina Sophocleous have repeatedly become the “heroes” of investigations into their not entirely legal activities on the territory of Ukraine, which mainly consists of helping to evade taxes and hiding the real owners of Ukrainian companies behind the screen of Cypriot offshore companies. As we see, their services are quite in demand among the Ukrainian elite, including the political one. We also focus on the fact that the office of Cypriot businessmen is still quietly working and thriving in Kyiv right under the noses of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the OGPU, the SBU and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. At one time, they helped hide business in offshore companies and evade paying taxes in Ukraine to many of our “celestials,” including the fugitive ex-people’s deputy Alexander Onishchenko and the son of the pro-Russian MP from the OPZZh Yuri Boyk, Anatoly. Christina Sophocleous managed to make her mark on the territory of the aggressor country, where she, together with her father, successfully continued to conduct her “lawyer” activities, after the annexation of Crimea and the occupation of parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Both ours and yours, as they say. For such “lawyers” money has no smell. Here, for example, are several investigations published on the resources of a terrorist country. The first and second of them are dated 2017, the third – 2020. By the way, there is every reason to believe that Sophocleous is still conducting his activities on the territory of the occupying country. Attention, question to the SBU! And what is Sophocleous’s company doing in the capital of the European state of Ukraine, on whose territory a full-scale war has been going on for three years now?

And finally, Christina Sophocleous served as one of the directors in the scandalous company BURISMA, the founder and owner of which was the fugitive ex-minister of the Yanukovych era, Nikolai Zlochevsky. Although the Sophocleous family denies and hides this fact in every possible way, our editors managed to obtain a screenshot from the no longer working official website of the defunct company BURISMA. Please note that one of Zlochevsky’s daughters was also the director of the BURISMA company.

As we see, representatives of the Sophocleous family are representatives of the largest international offshore mafia, which has spread its tentacles almost throughout the world. And is it really so difficult for the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko to track the activities of this criminal syndicate and find a connection with the same Boris Kaufman, who himself is one step away from places not so remote. Of course it's not difficult. He just doesn’t care about Kyiv and the people of Kiev. Task number one is to fill your pocket tighter. A special role in all the frauds with the capital’s land is played by his childhood friend, godfather and “supervisor” of absolutely all cash flows in Kyiv - Arthur Palatny. Not a single penny, not a single meter of capital land or real estate that can be seized or sold, and sometimes even stupidly stolen, passes him by. This has been written about a lot and repeatedly. And there is silence from law enforcement.

In this whole situation, there is only one thing that pleases and encourages. Today, authorized searches took place at the owner of the Stolitsa Group company and Klitschko’s accomplice Vlada Molchanova, to whom he randomly allocates Kyiv lands for illegal construction. According to information we have from reliable sources, NABU conducted searches at the Kyiv developer “Stolitsa Group” on Bogdan Khmelnytsky Street, where Vlada Molchanova’s head office is located. The scandalous company of this odious lady is suspected of illegal alienation of capital lands. Of course, not without the help and assistance of Vitali Klitschko, which we wrote about quite recently.

Now we are looking forward to searches at the KMDA, at the office of the law firm Sophocleous and Partners, at Boris Kaufman, Vitaliy Klitschko and Arthur Palatny. Believe me, there is something to look for and return to the benefit of the state. Now the word is up to anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies.
