Klimenko does not want to investigate Vygovsky’s corruption schemes

It is obvious that the Minister carries out covering up for bribe-takers and traitors in his circle on instructions from the OP.

I listened carefully to the interview of the Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko to Radio Liberty.

What can I tell you? He speaks in a balanced manner, it seems that he is engaged in an important matter and his son went to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or the NSU. But!

My respect to the journalist Power Lazar.

First, she raised an important question. In essence, what is the difference between the National Guard, which reports to the Minister and is now at the front, from ordinary units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine?

But nothing. Once upon a time, everything was done under Avakov, without any logic, in order to retain power.

The National Guard, like the military defense, would have to have and perform its own specific functions: protecting strategic objects, assisting the national police in maintaining law and order, and, well, assisting in countering enemy DRGs. Then its number would have to be much smaller, less money for maintenance, more efficient management, and the like. And those NSU brigades that are now formed and fighting would be the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a single subordination, the principle of training, as logically it should be. Well, this is exactly how the defense force could be formed from men over 50 years old, with certain health restrictions, from those who have the right to a deferment but want to be useful. And TRO soldiers must serve at their place of residence. I have long tried to convey this doctrine to Zelensky. Back in 2021. He didn't hear.

But the main question of the interview, in my opinion, concerned the corruption of the Minister’s immediate subordinates – the ex-deputy head of the National Police Tishlek and the current head Vyhovsky. And here Mr. Klimenko revealed himself to the fullest!

It turns out that the Minister of Internal Affairs did not dismiss the Russian citizen Tishlek and his close friend - a crime boss! He himself resigned from his position, but remained in the National Police.

Since Zermak exercises the protectorate of all officials and law enforcement officers of Ukraine who are associated with the enemy, Mr. Tishlek will soon be promoted. Perhaps an ambassador somewhere with diplomatic immunity.

Well, a more flagrant disrespect for the law on the part of Minister Klimenko is his reluctance to begin an official investigation into the facts that were published by Bigus.Info journalists regarding the first person in the police - Vygovsky.

It talks about the illegal enrichment of his family members and successful business with those involved in criminal proceedings that the national police are investigating. A kind of bribe for letting things go on the brakes.

Let me remind you that in accordance with clause 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Minister initiates the issue of conducting an internal investigation against the head of the National Police. In accordance with Article 12 of the Disciplinary Charter of the NPU, a disciplinary offense is recognized as an unlawful guilty action or inaction of a police officer, consisting ... in violation of restrictions and prohibitions determined by law for police officers, as well as in committing actions that undermine the authority of the police. And this is the basis for starting an official investigation!!!

Klimenko is getting out of his own way and doesn’t want to fulfill his official duty. A shame!!!

But it is obvious to me that the Minister carries out covering up for bribe-takers and traitors in his circle on instructions from the OP. Klimenko is no minister, not a political figure at all, but a puppet. Puppeteers Tatarov and Zermak. This is the reason for the deep corruption and rot in our law enforcement system, and as a consequence, at all levels of power!!!
