Is Kolomoisky’s team pushing a new gambling operator, Pre Match, onto the market?

I often follow events in the gambling market - a lot of interesting things happen there. This time I looked at the KRAIL agenda to see who they were going to distribute new licenses to. And I noticed a strange thing. At first I thought that it was the Parimatch company, which was under sanctions, that decided to return to the market. I started digging what kind of “clone” this was. And he came out... to a story where the name of Kolomoisky sounds, who is supposedly sitting in a pre-trial detention center. But it looks like his team is working... It’s working and well disguising its involvement by framing everything for the “pound”. I’ll tell you what’s here and why.

Pre Match LLC is only 3 months old - founded on June 5, 2024. And, as we see from official sources, on September 19 KRAIL will consider the company’s application for a license. But the owners of Pre Match seem to have no doubt that they will receive a license - because since the summer they have been actively vacuuming the labor market in search of candidates. Has everything been decided in advance? This is another stone in the garden of CRAIL, compromised by corruption.

Who is the figurehead of Pre Match? The director of the company is Vladimir Beregovoy, the founder is Mikhail Harish. A man that most of you, probably like myself, have never heard of.

What is known about him from open sources?

Harish is a Ternopil businessman. Previously, he worked as deputy director of the Kyiv city branch of the Fund for Social Protection of Disabled People. An interesting path from someone who was involved in the social protection of people with disabilities to someone who makes money from gambling addicts. But his business path is much more interesting. Law enforcement officers are happy to tell you that he is connected with many tender schemes and government procurement for construction. One of his companies, First Private Expertise LLC, won more than 1,700 tenders, often with the same participant. A typical schemer, addicted to government tenders. There is an interesting story about him on the Internet - once with friends, while drunk, he beat up the administrator of a local hotel because he did not want to check them in during curfew. This is all that is interesting to know about this “pound”. Besides the fact that he is already ready to play outside the rules of the law.

For a long time I could not understand how such a little-known player could pour 30 million hryvnia into PreMatch, which is exactly the authorized capital of the newly formed company. I started looking for financial backers. And I came across a larger “fish”.

It turned out that Harish’s family has a long-standing entrepreneurial relationship with the family of Bogdan and Yaroslav Yakimtsev. From the Ternopil region, where Harish once grabbed land and built a sawmill in Kobzarovka, Zborovsky district. Kharisch and Yakimets Jr. - Bogdan - are united by joint management of the Ternopil company TERPLAST GROUP. This is the thread between them that will stretch further. And here is the most interesting thing.

Yakimets is directly connected with Kolomoisky. They are friends. This is known. Moreover, Bogdan Yakimets controls the latter’s investments in Ternopil. The most complete source of information about Yakimets is in the investigations of the local Ternopil publication Politerno and Bigus. From these investigations it follows that Bohdan Yakimets helped implement business transactions in the interests of Kolomoisky, as well as his partners.

One of these stories is the construction of a scandalous hotel in the center of Ternopil, behind which Kolomoisky invested. Journalists found out that Yakimets was one of the key players in this initiative. Yakimets Jr.’s car was often seen near the office of the Dnepropetrovsk oligarch in Kyiv. Although, maybe the parking there is the most convenient in Kyiv? In addition, young Yakimets was often presented as Kolomoisky’s man. And this is catching up with him today. His actions clearly indicate a deep connection with the oligarch. Although I am sure that KRAIL will want not to notice this.

It turns out that Harish was used as a little-known person to cover up the real trail leading to the disgraced businessman. Or not very disgraced? Remaining the nominal owner of Pre Match LLC, Harish becomes a good cover for the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and his people, such as Bohdan Yakimets.

In this story that they wanted to feed you and me, I have no questions for Kolomoisky. His motives are clear - to make a profit and scrape together quick money through gambling for another political project in order to fight for his freedom. And there are no questions for Harish and Yakimets either - the pawns do their job and also take care of filling their pockets.

I have many questions for KRAIL. First, how did it happen that all the well-known gambling companies that have connections with Russia that have been proven by investigation have not yet been kicked out of the market, having forgotten that they had licenses? Vbet, Pin-Up and others? How did it happen that KRAIL member Yakhniy, under everyone’s nose, built a personal scheme to get rich through gambling, involving his own companies in it? How long will Ivan Rudy, whom NAPC accused of settling scores with a subordinate, be led by KRAIL, which qualifies as corruption?

Already a question for the deputies - why has bill No. 9256 on the liquidation of this stinking, corrupt KRAIL commission still not been voted on? On February 1 of this year, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Mikhail Fedorov, thanked the tax committee for registering the ministry’s idea to liquidate CRAIL and automate the issuance of gambling licenses with this bill. People's Deputy Zheleznyak in April registered his version of liquidating KRAIL - there is no ending.

It turns out that it is beneficial for someone to keep this funnel of extortions afloat. I wonder which of Zelensky’s 5-6 successful managers? That’s why such “pre-matches” appear that quietly receive licenses and earn money from the players for Kolomoisky and those involved in this scheme.

The connection between Harish, Yakimets, Kolomoisky and Pre Match was born because there is a corrupt CRAIL that easily lets anyone into the gambling market, from Russians to swindlers. And until we change the entry system for it, such “pre-matches” will continue to appear and collect money for those who spread corruption and should have left the political and business scene long ago, as an example of irresponsible and arrogant entrepreneurship that is draining the state.
