The company of the granddaughter of the former NSDC secretary avoided paying taxes by almost 45 million ₴

The company, owned by the granddaughter of former NSDC Secretary Alexei Danilov, was convicted of evading taxes of 44.3 million ₴.

The director of the enterprise was tried in criminal proceedings opened by the BEB.

We are talking about the company Agroenergoinvest, where 30% of the capital until recently belonged to the granddaughter of Anastasia Danilova, who was a student at KNU. In 2022, Agroenergoinvest opened a logistics hub in Chop (Transcarpathian region), where cars are moved from Ukrainian to European gauge. Her father is the operations manager of a group of companies, which includes this one.

The company earned tens of millions of hryvnia, but they had a problem with the BEB and the SBU, who were conducting an investigation into fraud related to the “grain corridor.” The case was opened in June, the accused or scapegoat was found, and the punishment was handed down in October of this year.

Danilov’s granddaughter, under strange circumstances, left the company’s founders on May 9, 2024. The suspicion was handed over to the commercial director of Agroenergoinvest and the next owner of the company, Viktor Cherednichenko.

He was appointed to the company on January 31 this year. According to BEB, Cherednichenko, in the company’s capital office at st. Alexandra Pirogovsky, 19/4-B, did not include in income the cost of soybeans received free of charge and did not pay the profit tax of the said enterprise for the first quarter of 2024 in the amount of 44.26 million hryvnia to the state budget of Ukraine.

But already on June 20, the company paid compensation to the state in the amount of 11.34 million hryvnia for Cherednichenko. The court released the man from criminal liability, and the case was closed.
