Recently we were attracted by a message from the wife of Boris Kaufman, who is in prison.
Yoga instructor Anna congratulates Boris as there is no bad news in the family. It turned out that on the contrary - the news is very good 😲
Boris Kaufman illegally took possession of the Odessa airport, causing damage to the budget of 2.5 billion and went to jail with the alternative of posting bail of 268.4 million UAH.
But on October 26, the HACS court for some reason not only closed the hearing, but also reduced the bail to 150 million. This despite the fact that the prosecutor asked for a bail of UAH 992.4 million.
A strange trial where the bail amount was reduced was conducted by the judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court Yaroslav Shkodin 👨⚖️
And here is the most interesting thing
Yaroslav Shkodin is a former Kharkov lawyer who became a judge after competitions when VAKS was introduced.
And all his cases amazingly protect corrupt officials.
Thus, in June, NABU detained the head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, Mikhail Golovko from Svoboda, for accepting a bribe.
In July, the SAPO prosecutor invited the court to remove Golovko from the management of the regional council. But the court, chaired by Yaroslav Shkodin, refused the prosecutor's request.
The head is free and in office 😑
In July another event occurred.
NABU and SAPO served suspicions against former Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Vasyl Lozinsky for bribery.
The prosecutor's office asked for an arrest, but Lozinsky's lawyers submitted a petition to the HACS to change the preventive measure.
And, miraculously, judge Yaroslav Shkodin grants the lawyers’ request.
Later it turned out that Judge Shkodin’s sister, Irina, is friends with Lozinsky’s wife
In January 2022, Shkodin lifted the seizure of the property of Yaroslav Dubnevich’s wife. According to investigators, Dubnevich himself caused damage to the state in the amount of 93 million.
Excuse me, but is it normal for us that a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court simply does not hide the fact that he can decide such high-profile cases for money?
