Depressing news came from the city of Teplodar, located near Odessa. In war conditions, when each victim becomes even more tragic, the phenomenon of corruption associated with departed heroes is especially disturbing.
The scandalous story began when the local council announced a tender for the arrangement of burial places for fallen heroes.

In September and October, two tenders appear for the manufacture and installation of gravestones for fallen soldiers at the cemetery in Teplodar. Customer - Department of Housing and Communal Services, Land Management and Property of the Teplodar City Council.
Two tenders for UAH 1,197,500. This is the amount for 10 monuments for the guys who died at the front. Using a regular calculator, we get 119,750 UAH for ONE monument. We google sites with prices for similar monuments in Ukraine and get an average price for one memorial of 30,000 UAH.
And if the manufacturer also knew that the monuments are for our heroes and we need 10 units in bulk, then there would be a good discount.
The winner was LLC “ZHEBP NASHE MISTO-21”, which is associated with the deputy of the Teplodar city council from the “Servant of the People” - Andrey Surzhenko. By the way, my colleagues wrote about this guy .
By the way, the deputy receives all the “sweet” contracts in the city. Evil tongues say that in the scheme with the deputy, the leadership of Teplodar: Mayor Chuiko Alexander and first deputy mayor Makovetsky Andrey. This is the same well-known MACA.
