Apartments, houses and luxury cars: Odessa military commissar Vyacheslav Kushnerov acquired fabulous property

In just a month, the amount of gifts in the family amounted to 30 million hryvnia

Increasingly, cases of illegal enrichment are being exposed in Ukraine, and military commissars are also among the likely corrupt officials.

One of these is Vyacheslav Kushnerov, military commissar of the TCC of the Malinovsky district of the Odessa region. This was reported to the NAPC. In total, the amount of illegal enrichment amounted to 47 million hryvnia.

In May 2022, the couple became the owners of an apartment in Odessa with an area of 111 square meters, worth 600 thousand hryvnia. In a year, the same apartment was sold for 7 million hryvnia. A little later, his wife bought a car worth 1.9 million hryvnia, and sold it some time later for 2 million hryvnia. In the same year, his mother gave him an expensive gift - a house in the Ovidiopolsky district with an area of 259 square meters. It is valued at 1 million hryvnia. Interestingly, his mother’s income for 22 years of working activity was less than a gift.

The mother-in-law is also not lagging behind, because for several years she has been acquiring her own real estate - an apartment in the Limansky district worth 300 thousand hryvnia, and a Mercedes car for 420 thousand hryvnia. A car of this class costs on average at least 5 million hryvnia. An underestimated amount indicates an attempt to hide its real value. In August 2022, the relatives of the military commissar gave each other money in the amount of 30 million hryvnia. At the same time, there was no real income for this. The son of a military commissar also became the owner of an apartment in Odessa, which cost half a million hryvnia. In addition, he has a business class car, which according to documents costs 400 thousand hryvnia.

All these actions are seen as a sign of legal fiction, so criminal proceedings have been initiated in this regard.
