A deputy from the “For Maybutne” faction, Sergei Labazyuk, suspected of attempting to bribe government officials, was released from pre-trial detention on November 28 after posting bail in the amount of 40 million 260 thousand hryvnia.

This was reported to the UP in the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

The people's deputy was released from custody yesterday, Tuesday, November 28.

They put an electronic bracelet on him. Now Labazyuk is obliged to hand over his international passport, not communicate with witnesses in the case and arrive at the police station when called upon.

On the morning of November 28, it became known that the court had placed Labazyuk under arrest until January 21, with the possibility of posting UAH 40 million bail.

Let us remind you that on November 21, people's deputy from the faction “For Maybutne” Sergei Labazyuk was informed of suspicion of providing a bribe to the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development.

As previously reported, NABU detained a current MP of Ukraine, who was exposed for attempting to bribe the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development, Mustafa Nayem, with the Bitcoin cryptocurrency in the equivalent of $50 thousand.
