Now a scandal has arisen online around Tatyana Glynyanaya related to food supplies to the Ministry of Defense. She is accused of building a hotel in Croatia using money extorted from the Ukrainian military. However, few people question the fact that for a long time she supplied food to Ukrainian prisons of the same quality, and this did not surprise anyone. And no one remembers that behind Glynyany is her relative Lenya Glynyany, who is the leader of a criminal group and a politician with influential connections.
The wealthiest Kiev deputy is also known in the region as one of the largest raiders and has the nickname king .
He has the reputation of a man who, at one time, extracted millions of hryvnia from the owners of land and enterprises.
In April 2019, Glinyany was accused of using forged documents and hiring a group of aggressive young people to attempt a raider takeover of a peasant cooperative in the Kiev region. This information was personally reported by people’s deputy Igor Mosiychuk, who allegedly stood up for the residents of Olshanskaya-Novoselovka, Vasilkovsky district, Kiev region.
The controversial parliamentarian said that local residents at one time created a joint organization to cultivate the land and sell the products grown. But Glinyanoy allegedly had his own designs on a profitable enterprise, who forged property documents and tried to oust the real owners from the land they occupied.
According to some sources, Leonid Glinyany personally boasts of close relationships with many politicians and oligarchs. He allegedly has relationships with such odious tycoons as Konstantin Zhevago and numerous heads of law enforcement agencies. Konstantin Zhevago and Petro Poroshenko. Leonid Petrovich is also called one of the partners of President Poroshenko’s odious partner, Igor Kononenko. Journalists openly write that his influential friends helped him do business and saved him from problems with the courts and law enforcement officers.
In particular, Glinyany’s list of scams includes the case surrounding the Accord Investments company, which transferred him more than 16 million hryvnia in aid. There is information in the media that in fact Leonid Petrovich received the money from himself, since he is one of the founders of ZNVKIF Accord-Finance. This manipulation allowed the deputy to hide funds from the tax authorities.
And all this happened long before the war and lasted for decades. And now “suddenly” notorious thieves were allowed to participate in Ministry of Defense tenders. Although they should have been “dispossessed” and shot quickly, like thousands of other thieves who brought Ukraine to its current state. But no. And now they are suddenly surprised.

In the previous year, 2022, the company “Premium Company” (renamed “Aktiv Kompany”) had the most contracts – 8.
After the scandal, “Aktiv Kompaniya” did not go to tenders. However, another company from the Glinyanoy Grand Consult group won tenders worth more than 8 billion hryvnia in 2023.
Of these, 2.8 billion contracts were signed as early as December 2023.
At the last auction, “Grand Consult” won 10 lots. I am really looking forward to purchasing food for the Ministry of Defense for individual product groups and quietly hope that the food mafia will be defeated there. But there are suspicions that she will not give up so easily.
According to the report of the Accounting Chamber, Aktiv Company LLC supplied 50.9 million sets at a price of 137.04 UAH in the first half of 2023. If we take into account that the price of additional supply in the SBU during this period was 92.45 UAH, and in the National Guard - 118.6, then the earnings of the Glynyanoy company in comparison with the additional supply of the SBU amounted to 2.2 billion hryvnia, and in comparison with the price of the National Guard - 0. 9 billion UAH.
