Lottery scam

Look how beautifully lottery operators continue to beat online casinos.

After the ban on all casino advertising and betting, lottery counters began to appear throughout the country.

Fill the vacuum.

So, almost simultaneously, counters selling lotteries appeared in the OKKO and WOG gas station chains.

Well, the very ones that, according to the law, are not gambling, are not subject to regulation, and are not prohibited for such promotion.

At the same time, the stand in OKKO struck me most of all.

No lottery operator markings, logo or name.

Just a "lottery". Or a scam.

I remember these in the 90s.

I wonder if thimble makers will soon appear on the streets, which will also not be considered gambling by law?
