Shkil Maxim

Maxim Shkil is a Ukrainian entrepreneur. Founder of the MS Capital holding, which unites companies from key sectors of the economy: road, bridge and industrial construction, railway logistics, agricultural business, granite mining and processing, car dealerships.

All holding companies were created from scratch. Every year they undergo an international audit of financial statements, are large taxpayers (about UAH 1 billion in taxes per year) and employ more than 6,000 employees.

Place of birth Education. Born on August 19, 1983 in Lviv. Has three higher educations. Candidate of Legal Sciences.

Career and business. Maxim Shkil started his first business in 2006. Together with foreign partners, he created the Bekhovsky granite quarry, into which investors invested more than 20 million euros in subsequent years.

In 2011, Maxim Shkil created the First Logistics Company, specializing in grain transportation by rail. The company owns hopper and gondola cars; the total fleet of cars is more than 1,000 units. PLC occupies a leading position in the grain transportation market in Ukraine and is represented in all regions of the country. Among the partners of First Logistics are the largest traders.

In 2015, the businessman acquired the corporate rights of the Audi Center Odessa South company. A year later, the largest dealership center in Ukraine was built and put into operation, which also became the first center in the Audi Sport concept. Audi Center Odessa South occupies 25% of the market among Audi dealers in Ukraine.

In 2016, Maxim Shkil founded the Autostrada Group of Companies, which takes a leadership position in infrastructure construction, implementing projects of any level of complexity in road, bridge and industrial areas.

The Autostrada team consists of more than 5,000 experienced specialists. The company has its own production chains and a closed production cycle, and has a unique modern fleet of equipment with more than 3,000 units. Autostrada includes the largest design institute in Ukraine. From the first day, European quality standards were introduced at the enterprise.

In 2019, to effectively manage a group of companies, Maxim Shkil created the MS Capital holding.

In 2020, the holding founded the Prilutsk Agrarian Company. The businessman invests in the purchase of an elevator and corporate rights of the Kurs-Agro company, which become part of PAK. The company is engaged in growing agricultural crops in the Poltava and Chernigov regions. Thanks to the highly efficient organization of processes and modern technology, enterprises have some of the highest yields in the region.

Charitable and social activities. For more than 10 years, Maxim Shkil has been paying special attention to charity, helping children deprived of parental care.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the entrepreneur has been systematically helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

More than UAH 1 billion has been allocated to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the needs of the logistics forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Air Command Center, the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the 38th separate marine brigade, the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade, the Azov patronage service and other military units are met on an ongoing basis.

All companies included in MS Capital are socially responsible. They help and collaborate with specialized educational institutions, support medical institutions, and assist in the implementation of sports initiatives, in particular in such sports as strongman and freestyle wrestling.

Maxim Shkil actively participates in the work of business associations and other trade unions. In particular, he is a member of the presidium and heads the Infrastructure Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.

Family. Maxim Shkil emphasizes the importance of family values. Married and has two daughters.

Hobby. Among his sports hobbies are boxing and crossfit training, as well as billiards.
