An employee of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine caused a scandal in a Kiev restaurant. Businessman Maxim Shkil reported this. On his Facebook , he said that Vitaly Manasyan sat down at the table he had reserved and insulted the staff after they reprimanded him.
– I pre-ordered a table. When I arrive, the administrators say that another man has sat down at the table you reserved. Despite the fact that there was a reserve. We approached and politely explained that the table was reserved. To which they heard obscenities - you two fools, I will sit here. After which the visitor threw away the reserve and sat down at the table. After we talked to this “guest” of the restaurant, he began to say that he would not get up and outlined the prospect of what would happen to me) When people at the next table began to critically discuss the behavior of this visitor, the girl sitting with him said - you can’t even imagine, who we are... The conversation ended with our future being depicted to all of us and the couple leaving with threats,” Shkil wrote.
The businessman said that everything happened on the morning of Sunday, April 21, at the Goodwine restaurant. Shkil explained that he lives alone and is used to having breakfast at the establishment before work. According to Maxim Shkil, the scandal was caused by Vitaly Manasyan, an employee of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine, driving an Audi RS6.
“I can say one thing - that this is an example of the disgrace of the high rank of Policeman and such employees should not have a place in the law and order system,” said the businessman.
