In the spotlight

Millionaires with MSEC

After the arrest in Khmelnitsky of the regional council deputy from the Servant of the People, dollar millionaire and part-time chairman of the MSEC Tatyana Krupa, our team analyzed who and why heads the MSEC in different parts of our country.

To say that the results shocked us is an understatement!!!

95% of MSEC managers, like Krupa, are pensioners and, of course, the majority are disabled. Also, the vast majority of their relatives indicated in the declarations are also disabled. They all receive pensions from the state.

Corruption in MSEC is total! The leaders of MSEC, both before and during the great war, without looking back at anyone, bought real estate en masse both in Ukraine and abroad... the level of their illegal enrichment is off the charts...

MSEC leaders are appointed by the leadership of regional councils and military regional administrations, and therefore there is no doubt about how this corruption vertical is built!

Example one

Chairman of the Lviv Regional MSEC Vladimir Reshota - during the war, one day acquired an apartment for almost 4 million UAH... and owed more than 4 million more

Chairman of the Lviv Regional MSEC Vladimir Iosifovich Reshota, according to the declaration, on December 11, 2023, acquired an apartment in Lviv with an area of 80.6 sq.m. at a price of 3 million 922 thousand UAH.

It is interesting that at first, in the declaration for 2023, Reshota indicated that he received this apartment as a gift from citizen Ivan Dumic. And then, in the amended declaration, the Chairman of MSEC noted that this apartment is the return of his debt... (although in the declarations for previous years there is no data that anyone owes him money)

This whole story with the apartment: either received as a gift, or as repayment of a debt, is quite dubious and has clear signs of a money laundering scheme.

During the war, the Chairman of the Lviv Regional MSEC, Vladimir Reshota, acquired an apartment for almost 4 million UAH and 👉 granted his son a disability... (also works at the MSEC)

Previously, we reported that the Chairman of the Lviv Regional MSEC, Vladimir Iosifovich Reshota, according to the declaration, on December 11, 2023, acquired an apartment in Lviv with an area of 80.6 sq.m. at a price of 3 million 922 thousand UAH. First, in the declaration for 2023, Reshota indicated that he received this apartment as a gift from citizen Ivan Dumic. And then, in the amended declaration, the Chairman of MSEC noted that this apartment is the return of his debt...

In addition, the son of the Chairman of MSEC, “by a strange coincidence,” is also employed by MSEC. Reshota Vladimir Vladimirovich works at the department of administrative and financial law at the Ivan Franko Leningrad National University and is also a legal consultant at the regional MSEC, where his father heads.

But that's not all...

The most interesting thing is that at the end of 2022, the son of the Chairman of MSEC, Vladimir Reshot, received a disability. The declaration data clearly shows that he did not receive a pension either in 2021 or earlier. In turn, in 2022, he received a pension of 13,305 UAH. And for the entire 2023, the amount of pension payments amounted to UAH 85,856, which is an average of UAH 7,154 monthly (if only everyone in Ukraine paid such pensions...)

And now, for a second, remember the head of the MSEC in the Khmelnytsky region, Tatyana Krupa, from whom almost 6 million US dollars were confiscated - she also issued disability status to all her relatives.

Well... probably all relatives of MSEC leaders should conduct re-commissions... And it’s worth starting with the son of the Chairman of the Lviv Regional MSEC, Vladimir Reshot...
