And there is nothing surprising in this, since Sobolev will devote a lot of time to Zaporozhye, where his “chicks” are conducting activities, as it once again turned out to be predominantly criminal.

Sergei Sobolev has been building a career for these two young people in politics and public service for many years. And they are the ones involved in criminal cases of theft of budget money for the purchase of medical institutions in the Zaporozhye region. Therefore, the searches, which for some reason took place without much publicity, by their “curator” Sergei Sobolev are quite logical.

Vladislav Kutsenko and Vyacheslav Kolesnikov were detained during the transfer of a bribe of 500 thousand UAH. to the head of a medical institution, for which he had to ensure victory at a tender for a certain local company by purchasing goods at inflated prices. But, as they say, it didn’t happen as expected.

Corruption in the medical field is already considered the most disgusting type, and even more so during war. The party may not survive such a reputational blow. And in order to discourage the idea of ​​“coaxing off” the defendants, let us remind you that Kutsenko has a long trail of criminal cases.

On February 22, 2013, the Zaporozhye district prosecutor registered criminal proceedings in the ERDR No. 42013080230000008 on the fact that deputies of the Zaporozhye district council of the Zaporozhye region received Kutsenko V.I. and Kolesnikov V.I. unlawful benefit in the amount of UAH 212,600. from Sendetsky G.I.

On the same day, February 22, 2013, the Zaporozhye district prosecutor registered criminal proceedings No. 42013080230000009 in the ERDR on the fact that deputies of the Zaporozhye district council of the Zaporozhye region received Kutsenko V.I. and Kolesnikov V.I. unlawful benefit in the amount of 188,000 UAH. for influencing the decision on land allotment by the chairman of the Balabinsky village council, V.S. Sosunovsky.

On May 22, 2013, the prosecutor of the Zaporozhye district registered criminal proceedings in the ERDR No. 42013080230000999 on the fact that deputies of the Zaporozhye district council of the Zaporozhye region received Kutsenko V.I. and Kolesnikov V.I. unlawful benefit in the amount of UAH 253,000.

On June 5, 2013, the Zaporozhye district prosecutor registered criminal proceedings in the ERDR No. 42013080230001084 on the fact that deputies of the Zaporozhye district council of the Zaporozhye region received Kutsenko V.I. and Kolesnikov V.I. unlawful benefit in the amount of UAH 132,570. for influencing the decision-making on land allotment by the chairman of the Vladimir village council, V.B. Staroverov.

Also, on June 5, 2013, the Zaporozhye district prosecutor registered criminal proceedings in the ERDR No. 42013080230001085 on the fact that deputies of the Zaporozhye district council of the Zaporozhye region received Kutsenko V.I. and Kolesnikov V.I. unlawful benefit in the amount of UAH 45,400. for influencing the decision-making on land allotment by the chairman of the Grigorievsky Village Council S.F. Protsenko.

On February 4, 2014, all materials about receiving unlawful benefits by Kutsenko V.I. and his colleague Kolesnikov V.I. merged into one proceeding No. 42013080230000008, which was accepted for investigation by the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region.
