In the Kyiv region, medical and social examination doctors (MSEC) and their accomplice are accused of registering an inaccurate II disability group. This was reported by the Kiev Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to the investigation, the man turned to a familiar doctor-expert from the regional MSEC to register a resident of military age from the Kyiv region with disability group II for life. The doctor influenced the chairman of one of the interdistrict MSECs to “resolve” this issue. For $2,000, the man received documentation of his treatment and was assigned a group, law enforcement officials said.
— A doctor-expert of the Kyiv Regional Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise and an intermediary are accused of abuse of influence (Part 2 of Article 369-2, Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the ex-chairman of one of the inter-district MSEC of the Kiev region is accused of obtaining unlawful benefit (part 1 of article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the Belotserkovsky district department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region with operational support from the Belotserkovsky regional department of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, the department said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health and law enforcement agencies announced that they would check the decisions of the Military Military Commission on limited suitability for military service issued after the start of the full-scale invasion. And on August 11, Vladimir Zelensky, following a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, announced the dismissal of all regional military commissars.
