This weekend, border guards stopped two attempts to smuggle tobacco products into Poland.
During the inspection of a freight train, which on Saturday, June 15, was heading abroad through the Izov control point, the inspection team, using technical means of border control, discovered foreign attachments among the cargo. Under a layer of black ore, observers found eight bags of tobacco products. In total, they contained 2,500 packs of cigarettes.
The border guards in Izov took the same batch of contraband cigarettes from the carriage with the redhead on Sunday, June 16.
All goods were confiscated by customs officers in accordance with the established procedure.
