NABU is investigating the falsification of business trips of Judge Kuzmishina, who vacationed in Sicily during the war

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is investigating facts of falsification of orders on business trips, illegal enrichment and non-declaration of expenses by the head of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, Elena Kuzmishina.

In particular, detectives are checking information about the sources of income that paid for the judge’s vacation in the most expensive hotel in Sicily - San Domenico Palace, Four Seasons Hotel. For 10 days of staying in this hotel, she paid about 35 thousand euros.

According to sources, Kuzmishina, under the guise of accompanying her minor daughter, went on an international business trip from August 27 to September 7, 2024. The border crossing took place through the Luzhanka checkpoint in Transcarpathia.

Let us remind you that the National Security and Defense Council banned the travel abroad of civil servants, people's deputies, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges and other officials during martial law. Their departure is possible exclusively for business trips.
