Criminals sold transformers to Kharkovoblenergo at inflated prices: two co-organizers of the criminal scheme were detained
NABU and SAPO detained two co-organizers of a criminal scheme to seize more than 12.5 million UAH and attempted to seize another 120 million UAH during the purchase of transformer and measuring equipment of Kharkovoblenergo JSC.
We are talking about acting Chairman of the Board of JSC “Kharkovoblenergo” (2020-2024) and head of a commercial enterprise.
The head of Kharkovoblenergo JSC in 2020-2024 was Konstantin Logvinenko.
The deal involved selling transformers and meters to the public at inflated prices by pre-selected companies.
The issue of informing persons about suspicion is being resolved.
