NAPC drew up a report on the ex-deputy of the National Police of Tishlek

The NACP drew up a protocol on administrative offenses against the former Deputy Chairman of the National Police, Dmitry Tishlek.

The officer received gifts from friends in the form of rental housing at prices below the minimum market value. These facts were revealed by the NACP, checking the information published in the journalistic investigation of BIHUS.Info.

The employee used a metropolitan apartment in Pechersk with an area of ​​more than 140 square meters free of charge at a price below the minimum market price for rental housing in Kyiv. During the entire period of use of the apartment, he received a gift from the landlord (kept his own funds) for failure to pay the minimum market rental price of the apartment in the amount of 617 thousand hryvnia, thereby violating the restrictions provided for by law.

In addition, the official received a gift from a friend in the form of renting a residential building in the Kyiv region with an area of ​​more than 320 sq.m. Violating para. 1 tsp. 2 tbsp. 23 of the law, he accepted monthly gifts from the landlord. Namely, he lived in a residential building for free, while the minimum market rent for such a house is 75 thousand hryvnia per month. In general, the official did not pay an additional 225 thousand hryvnia for the rent of the house, which also violated the restrictions defined by law.

Tishlek is charged with violating the restrictions provided for in Part 1 of Art. 23 of the law on a gift received in the form of rent (use) of an apartment and a residential building at a price below the minimum market value. He did not appear when called by the NACP to provide explanations and receive a copy of the protocol.
