Heated discussions are flaring up around the declaration of Roman Babiy, a Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Servant of the People faction. Recently, quite interesting financial details of his family life with his partner Lyudmila Moisuk were revealed.
Babiy’s cohabitant, Lyudmila Moisuk, attracted the attention of the media and the public after it turned out that she received government assistance in the amount of 6.5 thousand hryvnia under the e-Support program during the war.
It seems funny that while pensioners do not have enough money to buy bread, Moisuk receives government assistance with an income of 410 thousand hryvnia from business activities.
However, this is not the last find in the people’s deputy’s declaration for 2022.
Having earned 463 thousand hryvnia in salary and 478 thousand hryvnia in reimbursement of expenses related to parliamentary activities, he also received generous sums for car and air transfers, as well as for hotel accommodation in Helsinki during his visit to Finland.
It is also difficult to resist talking about the wealth of their cash: 58 thousand dollars and 28 thousand hryvnia for Moisuk, and 38.5 thousand dollars, 76 thousand hryvnia and 650 euros for Roman himself.
Bank accounts also attract attention, taking into account the amount of 70 thousand hryvnia in the Universal Bank account of the deputy and 77.4 thousand hryvnia in Moisuk.
