The National Bank canceled the license of Odessa LLC Finod, which deals with currency exchange. The company has more than 400 exchangers in 16 regions of Ukraine.
The NBU press service reported this.
According to the regulator, in the first six months of 2023, the revenue of Finod LLC amounted to UAH 2 billion 115.25 million, which raised the company to first place in the ranking of financial companies by this indicator. The net profit of the exchanger reached UAH 61.96 million.
Previously, the NBU applied measures of influence to Finod LLC, namely, it ordered it to take measures to eliminate the violation and the reasons that contributed to the violation. The company failed to do this within a certain period of time. That's why her license was taken away.
It is also known that Finod had licenses to provide factoring services, financial credit, financial leasing, and provide guarantees and sureties, which have already been cancelled.
The NBU also canceled the license of FC Rialto LLC due to the recognition of the business reputation of the owner of a significant participation and manager as “flawed”.
