Real estate in Bratislava for hard-earned 600 thousand euros. Dubnevich, who is on the NABU wanted list

32-year-old Roksolana Pirtko, the daughter of Yaroslav Dubnevich, wanted by Ukrainian justice, and her 33-year-old husband Mikhail Pirtko, purchased a house with two floors in Bratislava for 600 thousand euros.

NGL.media writes about this.

We are talking about a small two-story house with an area of 133 square meters. m with a separate garage on a plot of four acres, located in a prestigious area of Bratislava, near the historical center of the city. It was put up for sale over a year ago - at least the house was already on the market in September 2022.

With the help of the local real estate company ViNi real, which sold the house, it was established that the Pirtko couple paid 600 thousand euros for it.

Roksolana Pirtko owns not only real estate in Slovakia, but also a business. She is the founder of the company V. development & consulting, and together with her husband they are shareholders of V. Investment SE. Businesses have a wide range of activities.

Founded in October 2020, V. development & consulting with an authorized capital of 5,000 euros does not show much success - last year the turnover amounted to 108 thousand euros, net profit - 9.8 thousand euros.

At the same time, V. Investment SE (the previous name until the end of April 2023 was Alleana SE) did not carry out any business activities last year, but Roksolana and Mikhail Pirtko purchased the shares of this company in the spring of 2023 for 240 thousand euros. At the same time, they indicated an apartment on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai (UAE) as their own address, but NGL.media did not find evidence that they own real estate there. Yaroslav Dubnevich, the father of Roksolana Pirtko, has been put on the international wanted list as a suspect in several high-profile corruption cases in Ukraine. In November, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) decided to arrest him in absentia.
