Invulnerable PIN-UP: why KRAIL is “protecting” casinos with a “Russian trace”

Its owner became involved in the financial flows of the state portal “Diya”.

A mystical story with elements of an action-packed detective story unfolds around the PIN-UP online casino. The famous journalist Evgeny Plinsky drew attention to this.

According to him, specialized media and the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRAIL) itself stated that at the last meeting of the Commission this operator could be deprived of its license. The reason is that KRAIL received a letter from the SBU about the possible involvement of this company in the Russian PIN-UP, and also about the fact that it is almost completely under the control of residents of the aggressor country.

Already on August 1, KRAIL announced consideration of this issue in its TG channel.

“Taking into account the information received about the existence of indirect relations of control by residents of the Russian Federation over the activities of certain licensees, KRAIL will consider issues of cancellation of licenses in the field of activities for organizing and conducting gambling: LLC Ukr Game Technology and LLC Victoria-Soft,” it was the Commission said in a statement.

As you know, both “talks” are legal entities PIN-UP.ua. “Victoria-Soft” produces software, and “Ukr Game Technology” LLC has a license for gambling itself.

The KRAIL meeting took place a week after the loud announcement, but, as Evgeny Plinsky notes, the stated theme of the PIN-UP casino strangely disappeared somewhere. The commission did consider the issue of Victoria-Soft LLC and, based on SBU analytics, deprived this company of its license, which was clearly stated in the department’s decision.

That is, the question of the main legal entity of the PIN-UP casino - Ukr Game Technology LLC - which actually carries out gambling activities, the Chairman of KRAIL Ivan Rudy strangely forgot to consider.

According to the journalist, all this looks extremely suspicious. “After all, if you have a certificate from the SBU, according to which you deprive the license of the secondary PIN-UP structure, then deprivation of the primary structure, through which all funds flow and through which gambling activities are carried out, is a purely technical issue,” says Evgeniy Plinsky.

However, in the results of the meeting and in the releases of KRAIL for August 8, there is no mention of “Ukr Game Technology”. It was as if she had disappeared.

Just as all publications in online publications about PIN-UP in the context of its possible connection with the aggressor country began to disappear en masse. There were a lot of them, because the topic is loud.

For example, articles have disappeared here, here and here (a few remain here and here).

That is, someone very influential, despite the conclusions of the intelligence service, is desperately protecting the PIN-UP casino from losing its license, moreover, clearing the media of references to Russian connections. It turns out interesting, doesn't it?

The key to unraveling these “mystical” events may be the fact that the nominal founder of Ukr Game Technology LLC, Igor Zotko, is simultaneously listed as the owner of Financial Company “United Space” LLC. And “Single Space,” as “Economic Pravda” previously wrote in detail, acts as a financial monopoly company for servicing all transactions on the state portal and in the “Diya” application.

It is clear that control over such large financial flows cannot be obtained by the first company that comes along. Behind her there must be a very, very influential patron from the Pechersk Hills. So influential that it is beyond the reach of the SBU. Another question: who exactly?
