About the marauders Klitschko and Palatny or who will put an end to the lawlessness of the organized crime group “UDAR” in the capital of a warring country

We have repeatedly written about how Vitaliy Klitschko and his godfather, wallet and childhood friend Arthur Palatny looted in Kyiv during the war, mercilessly and cynically robbed the people of Kiev, robbed the budget and destroyed the historical and cultural value of the Ukrainian capital, barbarically destroying architectural monuments. These guys have long lost their sense of reality and finally believed in their impunity. At the same time, they turned their pocket party “UDAR” into a real organized crime group.

It’s no secret that absolutely all areas of activity in Kyiv and the cash flows from them are personally controlled by Arthur Palatny, who is the chairman of the executive committee of the UDAR party. Not only are they mired headlong in metropolitan scandals related to corruption and outright crime, but they also managed to get caught up in an international scandal. Geopolitical strategist Klitschko got into an international scandal, misled the Taiwanese government and squandered the funds of Taiwanese citizens?

In April 2022, the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko personally communicated via video link with the then Minister of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan Joseph Wu, media reports.

In that conversation, Joseph Wu noted Klitschko's support for Ukraine and that the people of Taiwan raised about $33 million for the Ukrainians, and also announced a donation to the needs of the Kyiv City State Administration in the amount of $3 million, as well as $5 million for 6 medical institutions, including the Okhmatdyt children's hospital. . Emphasizing that these donations are aimed at helping Ukrainian citizens still living in Ukraine and reducing their suffering, and in recognition that both countries are democracies on the front lines of the fight against authoritarian rule.

Klitschko then noted that: “We see who the real friends of Ukraine are, and we never forget this. Many thanks to everyone who is with Ukraine. This is our Motherland, this is our hometown, these are our homes and our desire to live in a democratic country and be part of democratic unity. Many thanks to everyone who helped."

After these words, Klitschko removed from everywhere in the media, in particular from the official Facebook page of the UDAR party, mentions of the signed memorandum with the Government of Taiwan, a joint conversation with Joseph Wu, as well as the personalized boxing gloves from Klitschko given to him by People’s Deputy Knyazhitsky. I stupidly took it and cleaned everything up. So, dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, Klitschko has forgotten about your kind gesture.

And this is after the Government of Taiwan, in addition to $8 million, allocated an additional $2.5 million for the construction of an important (in their understanding) infrastructure facility - the “Waves” bridge to “help build bridges in Kyiv as part of the reconstruction of Ukraine.” Is this bridge really so important during the war and its construction “allows access to the city island of Obolonsky” (access that never existed), when in the same Kyiv region there are still many truly strategic bridges destroyed by the war? But here everything is simple.

Klitschko lied to the Government of Taiwan by not informing that the Wave Bridge was his PR project, a tourist attraction, but was lying about the strategic component of this construction. It is necessary to request the correspondence of the Future Kyiv Charitable Foundation and information about the tranches for these funds and everything will become clear.

Further. In 2022-2023, the Kyiv City State Administration was supposed to receive $8 million from the Government of Taiwan. And where is it? Where is the $3 million for some mythical needs of the Kyiv City State Administration? Where is the $5 million for 6 hospitals, in particular for Okhmatdyt, which was recently shelled by the Russians? Klitschko, where is this huge money?

If Klitschko stole this money, if Okhmatdyt did not receive a single Taiwanese dollar then (2022-2023), in particular for the purchase of X-ray angiography, then Klitschko is really a looter who, at a minimum, should resign.

Further. Kyiv City Council deputy from Golos Grigory Malenko received $1 million from the Government of Taiwan for the purchase of 20 generators for his charitable foundation “Darnichan”. From public information, Kyiv received 2 generators, which met Malenko and Klitschko together. Where are the other generators? What about the remainder of the $1 million received? Divided? Stolen? Where is the report? Where are the generators? Where's the money?

We demand public reporting from Klitschko, KSCA and Malenko. Otherwise, this is an international scandal with a corruption component, which is an immoral act during a war. We ask the SBU and the State Bureau of Investigation to verify this information.

By contacting and signing official documents with the Government of Taiwan, the mayor of Kyiv Klitschko actually recognized the independence of this country, which contradicts the recent statement by China about the official position of Ukraine regarding the “one China” principle. And by deleting all information about contacts, assistance and gifts between Klitschko and Joseph Wu, our mayor spat in the face of a reliable partner, thereby discrediting the people of Kiev and himself as a political player.

The city had no plans to preserve this unique building and protect it. The director of the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Kyiv City State Administration, Marina Solovyova, recognized the historical estate as such that it did not carry any architectural or historical value, and therefore, could not be considered a monument at all.

Everything indicates that the city was preparing and knew about the destruction of the estate, because on June 12, 2024, the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Kyiv City State Administration issued Urban Planning Conditions and Restrictions, and in fact, permission to demolish the Zelensky estate for its “reconstruction” into a 9-12 storey residential complex “Turgenev” .

The Urban Planning Authority was signed by a real corrupt creature - Valentina Svyatina, who takes $5,000-50,000 in bribes for one document, and otherwise it is impossible to obtain a State Organizational Institution from the Kyiv City State Administration, only through the specialized deputy director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, Valentina Svyatina.

Svyatina was appointed to Klitschko’s position in 2021 through a number of transit positions, and also had a corruption offense when she worked in the civil service in the Kyiv City State Administration and at the same time owned a law office.

In general, Svyatina is a prominent representative of the service staff of the Klitschko construction cartel, who belongs to the influence group of Denis Komarnitsky through her godfather Elena Marchenko, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the Batkivshchyna faction, who is Komakha’s right hand and the head of his back offices.

Svyatina licks Alexandra Svistunov and Petra Olenich well, so she is comfortable in her position, and she enjoys earning huge money from bribes.

Let us remind you that on the evening of July 19, 2024, the police received a message that on Alexander Konissky Street, unknown persons, using heavy construction equipment, demolished a house built at the end of the 19th century. An investigative team arrived at the scene of the incident. Construction equipment was seized. It was on this day, July 19, that the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko celebrated his 53rd birthday.

It is worth noting that the Kiev City Prosecutor's Office congratulated Klitschko in an original way, revealing the scale of the theft of budget funds by the mayor of the capital and his team. Losses of more than 1 billion hryvnia, 156 proceedings in the courts - the results of investigations into abuses of officials of the Kyiv City State Administration, utility companies and self-government bodies of the capital for 2023-2024. On the morning of July 8, 2024, Russian troops launched another massive missile attack against Ukraine. About 40 missiles of various types were launched, which attacked Kyiv, Dnepr, Krivoy Rog, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Pokrovsk. Around 10:30, Ukrainian media reported multiple explosions in Kyiv, as well as falling debris. Around 11:00 it became known that a Russian missile had hit the Okhmatdyt children's hospital.

As a result of several waves of missile attacks on Kyiv, destruction was recorded in seven districts of the capital: Goloseevsky, Darnitsky, Desnyansky, Dneprovsky, Svyatoshinsky, Solomensky and Shevchenkovsky. 33 people became victims of Russian attacks on the city. Of these, 5 were children, 121 people were injured, including 10 children, 11 people were saved. A total of 129 buildings of all forms of ownership were damaged. As a result of a massive strike by the aggressor country on Ukraine on July 8, 44 people were killed and another 196 people were injured.

On that terrible day for all of Ukraine and every Ukrainian, at the very moment of massive shelling of the capital by Russian missiles, Klitschko’s tow truck mafia, under the direct shadow leadership of Palatny, took cars from the roads of Kyiv to the impound area.

At that moment, when thousands of people rushed to help clear the rubble of the Okhmatdyt children's hospital and bring things and essential products to the victims and rescuers, Klitschko and Palatny looted in the capital, taking vehicles from the streets of Kyiv with tow trucks under their control. This is already beyond the bounds of humanity. Or maybe the person ran to get his family and documents to take them to a safe place? Or, for example, he left the car, and is with his family in the nearest shelter! And all this disgrace is carried out by tow trucks of the scandalous Express-T company, which the media wrote about in April of this year. And these two barbarians and moroders don’t care about the life, health and safety of people.

And all this is painfully sad when the capital of the largest state in Europe is ruled by cynical and unprincipled bandits and scum who are capable of absolutely anything just to eat a fatter piece and steal more money. And even at the cost of human life. And now tell me, how do Klitschko and Palatny differ from those terrorist killers who have been launching missiles across Ukraine for three years now and destroying Ukrainians? Or perhaps they are competing with the occupiers to see who can destroy the capital the most?

We think that the SBU and the SBI have every reason and strength to give the Ukrainians an answer to this question!
