The head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, denied information that forced mobilization was taking place in Odessa.
A journalist from a local publication asked the chairman of the Odessa OVA how he felt about forced mobilization.
“We have a law. We do not have forced mobilization, today the law is in force and I, as a lawyer by training and today at work too, do not see any forced one,” Kiper emphasized.
At the same time, he himself touches on the issues of the so-called “beads” and “packaging” of people.

The scandalous leader tried to justify the situation with forced mobilization and packing of people into “beads”.
“We take the emotional facts, we do not take the legal component and therefore it is difficult to comment, each case has its own comment,” added Kiper.
Kiper also called on Odessa residents not to trust unverified sources of information and not to spread fake news, but to trust only official information published on the websites of the Odessa Regional Military Administration and other authoritative sources.
