The head of the Kharkov Public Educational Institution, Oleg Sinegubov, announced this in a telegram channel.
“According to updated information, this morning, as a result of shelling in the village of Kazachya Lopan, a private residential building was damaged and a fire occurred. After extinguishing the fire, rescuers discovered the body of a deceased 29-year-old civilian man,” the statement said.
According to Sinegubov, within 24 hours the enemy fired at at least 16 settlements in the region using artillery, mortars and other weapons.
In particular, Krasnaya Zarya, Bogodukhovsky district, Pletenovka, Zemlyanka, Budarki, Fedorovka, Chuguevsky district, Dvurechnaya, Sinkovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo, Kupyansky district and other settlements were under enemy fire.
No civilian casualties were recorded during the day,” the report says.
