Where does the money for Judge Erosova’s new car come from?

Kiev judge Erosova, exposed for false declarations, purchased a new car during the war

In 2021, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss him due to a complaint from PJSC Pharmaceutical Firm Darnitsa, but Erosova retained her position.

Judge Ivana Erosova (Nikolaets) of the Svyatoshinsky District Court, exposed for false declarations, purchased a new car during the war.

This is not the first time Judge Erosova has come to the attention of control authorities. In 2021, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss him due to a complaint from PJSC Pharmaceutical Firm Darnitsa, but Erosova retained her position.

Already in August 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges recognized as confirmed the information about the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the information indicated by the judge in the declaration of family ties for 2013-2017, and appealed to the High Council of Justice to bring her under the discipline of Art. 107 of the Law “On the Judicial System and Status of Judges”. However, the woman continues not only to judge, but also to receive money from the state. For 2023, she declared 1.8 million hryvnia in salary and another 183 thousand hryvnia in pension.

Erosov has a daughter, Anastasia, whom she hired as a consultant to the court of the department for ensuring the work of the third judicial chamber of the secretariat of the Civil Court of Cassation. She is also a graduate student in the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at the National University of Bioresources.

The girl purchased a Lexus RX 450H (2012), which her mother uses as an easement. The girl also has part of an unfinished house in the village of Petrushki, Kyiv region, and 10 thousand dollars in cash.

Erosova Sr. herself declared diamond earrings and a diamond ring, but did not indicate their value. In addition, in December 2022, she purchased a Skoda Kamiq (2022) for 985.5 thousand hryvnia.
