The first 10 Leopard 1 tanks from three countries arrived in Ukraine

The first Leopard 1 tanks, donated by Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands, arrived in Ukraine.

Details: “The first 10 tanks have already been sent to Ukraine. And more are on the way,” the Danish Armed Forces said in a statement.

Danish troops in Germany are training Ukrainian forces to operate these armored vehicles.

“I have no doubt that this will help them win the battle they are fighting now,” said army commander Arpe Nielsen.

In February, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands announced that they would transfer 100 German-made tanks to Ukraine in the “coming months.”
