Near Odessa, a 20-year-old student won a tender for the renovation of two kindergartens: 1.25 million is already available

Without using the electronic system, the Safyanovsky village council in the Izmail district (Odessa region) carried out purchases for repairs in two kindergartens. It is known that both contracts went to the “newborn” entrepreneur Amina Zamfirova, who is a third-year student at the Pedagogical University.

On August 1, the Education Department of the Safyanovsky Village Council concluded two agreements for repairs in the community’s nurseries and kindergartens for almost 1.25 million budget UAH.

We are talking about work to prepare for the heating season and repair the bathroom for the Rodnichok nursery-kindergarten in the village of Kamenka, as well as repair the basement for shelter in the Golden Key establishment in the village of Safyany.

In both cases, officials selected the contractor themselves without using an electronic system. Both agreements were signed with individual entrepreneur Amina Konstantinovna Zamfirova.

Amina Zamfirova registered as an individual entrepreneur only on July 12, 2024. However, this did not prevent the Education Department of the Safyanovsky Village Council from giving her two contracts totaling almost 1.25 million UAH in one day without competition.

By the way, Amina Zamfirova, who won the tender for almost 1.25 million UAH, was born in 2004. In May 2024, Amina Zamfirova spoke at a conference of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky. There she presented her scientific work as a third-year student majoring in political science.
