Border guards have exposed a new scheme for transporting men liable for military service outside Ukraine. It was organized by a Moldovan citizen and his minor brother.
However, the organizers of the scheme did not take money from the men for their services. The State Border Service reported this.
In exchange for transportation abroad, men were required to perform agricultural work on the foreigner's land. The foreigners did not search for their clients for long - they offered to “migrate” to two of their Ukrainian acquaintances.
However, their plan failed and all four were detained by border guards. Reports have been sent to the police regarding the “agricultural recruiters,” and administrative reports have been drawn up against other violators.
