While people are scraping pennies for new electricity tariffs, the salaries of Ukrenergo members reach almost 8 million a month

Ukrenergo openly hid information about the salary of the head of the board, Vladimir Kudrytsky.

Instead, they posted data on the salary of the entire board, which averages more than UAH 2 million.

But the fact is that this amount fluctuates greatly every month, according to media reports.

For example, in December 2023, the average salary was about 1.5 million UAH, and in April 2024 – already 2.1 million UAH.

Interestingly, requests to announce Kudritsky’s salary were ignored. The company refused to share this information, arguing that the law did not require its disclosure.

But, judging by the data provided, the salary of the head of Ukrenergo may be higher than that of other board members:

• paid in December 2023: to the Chairman of the Board of NEC Ukrenergo Vladimir Kudrytsky and members of the Board M.V. Bezrukova, A.A. Brecht, A.I. Skripnik, S.V. Galagan – 7,934,964.33 UAH.
• paid in January 2024: to the chairman of the board and members of the board - UAH 4,244,210.21.
• paid in February 2024: to the chairman of the board and members of the board A.A. Brecht, O.I. Skripnik, S.V. Galagan – 1,765,983.79 UAH.
• paid in March 2024: to the chairman of the board and members of the board A.A. Brecht, A.I. Skripnik, S.V. Galagan – 1,997,528.43 UAH.
• paid in April 2024: to the chairman of the board and members of the board A.A. Brecht, A.I. Skripnik, S.V. Galagan – 8,534,299.68 UAH.

This raises a lot of questions about the fairness of the company's wage system at a time when people are experiencing chaotic blackouts, electricity tariffs are rising, and there is not enough money for smart meters.
