After a thorough analysis of the lifestyle of the top police leader in Dnipro, law enforcement agencies identified signs of illegal enrichment. Within two years, this official acquired assets in excess of 14 million hryvnia. The press service of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) reported this on April 23.
From 2021 to 2022, the policeman served as deputy head of one of the police departments of the Main Directorate for Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region. During this time, he illegally enriched himself and acquired assets in an amount significantly exceeding his legal income.

According to information obtained during investigative measures within the framework of criminal proceedings, the suspect’s relatives also participated in the scheme. For example, the mother-in-law of a police officer purchased a plot of land and received ownership of a house built in 2022.
It also turned out that the official’s wife actually used the Porsche Macan, although formally the owner is his father-in-law.
The savings and official income of the suspect and his family do not correspond to the value of the acquired assets.
The issue of choosing a preventive measure for him is currently being decided.
