After Budanov was put on the wanted list, the GUR conducted a special operation in the Russian Federation, promising to deprive Russians of their night's rest

On the night of December 14, strong explosions occurred in the Moscow and Kaluga regions of the Russian Federation. Military facilities were attacked on the territory of the country, which is the aggressor.

The night attack on Russia was a special operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. This was reported by sources in the intelligence services. The Ukrainian intelligence services noted that after the attacks in Ukraine, the Russians will not have good nights either. At the same time, unlike the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian military chooses not civilian, but military targets as targets.

“After the latest strikes that the Russians carried out on Ukraine, this was a good reminder for them that they will not have good nights either,” an intelligence source said.

According to preliminary data, a series of explosions occurred in the Moscow and Kaluga regions. Local authorities in these regions traditionally reported on the “successful” work of air defense. Russia said it allegedly shot down nine drones.

It is noteworthy that the UAV attack occurred after the aggressor country of the Russian Federation put the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, on the wanted list. They came up with “charges” against him under a number of articles related to “terrorist activities” and “illegal transportation of weapons.”
