The acting deputy chairman of the State Tax Service entered probably inaccurate data into the declaration for 2023. In particular, he did not indicate his partner in the document. For non-declaration of data in Ukraine, administrative and criminal liability is provided, writes UNN.
During the investigation into the case of an alleged attempt on his life, Evgeniy Sokur himself told law enforcement officers that since 2016 he has been living with a girl named Alina in an apartment on Lobanovsky Avenue, 6-D. We are probably talking about an apartment with an area of more than 100 square meters, which he purchased in 2016 for more than 1.5 million hryvnia, or more than 600 thousand dollars at the exchange rate at that time.
However, in his declarations, Sokur never mentioned his girlfriend.
In particular, on the website of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption there are only three declarations of officials - for 2021-2023. In them, he indicates that he owns one of the apartments in half with his mother Sokur Alla Viktorovna, who works as deputy director of the department - head of the department of privatization, corporate rights, formation and distribution of municipal property of the Kyiv City State Administration. And he owns the other two – with an area of 103.9 sq. m and 62.9 sq. m. There is no mention of the taxman's cohabitant in any column of the declaration.
At the same time, Ukrainian legislation obliges officials to indicate in their declarations the persons with whom they live together.
