“It is important that people understand: we are at war. Therefore, it is necessary to use electricity sparingly, especially during peak hours.”

At the same time, due to the loss of generations, cooling and increased consumption, we observe a deficit of about 1% of consumption on certain days.”
Galushchenko said that the Russians would launch massive missile attacks on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure when air temperatures remained below zero for a long time.
