The legal company “IVK and Partners”, headed by Igor Kurilko, often finds itself at the center of scandalous situations related to suspicions of scams and raider takeovers. This company attracts attention not only in Odessa, but throughout the country.
Kurilko, a person with psychological problems and limited intelligence, can rarely complete anything successfully. Instead, his actions usually end in hysterics, quarrels with partners and dragging officials into his fantastic and ridiculous stories. In this regard, Kurilko leads a closed lifestyle. His friends, aware of his negative qualities, try not to get involved with him.
Considering that Kurilko is not able to achieve the result, the signature feature of the unfortunate lawyer is to create dirty tricks in the form of fake articles on the Internet and tg channels against his targets of raider attacks. For these purposes, he keeps with him the Odessa pseudo-journalist Irina Grib, who unquestioningly posts all schizophrenic information “stuffing” on TG channels, websites and Facebook pages under her control.

Andrei Kostin enters the Verkhovna Rada , who provides protection to his godfather Dmitry Verbitsky through the prosecutor’s office. Verbitsky becomes deputy prosecutor of the Odessa region. Igor Kurilko studied with him at Morekhodka and immediately began to introduce various topics on raiding. Until Verbitsky finally figured out what an idiot Kurilko was and that he could bring nothing but problems, he actively helped him. In 2022, Kurilko was finally sent away and entry into the prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies was closed to him.
Kuriko liked the Ashkenazi Dacha in the Chkalov sanatorium. The dacha has been leased from Interim Service LLC since 1992. Rent payments were made regularly and the building was maintained in good condition. Kurilko contacted one of the founders with an offer to buy the rights of the company with a lease agreement. He offered 70 thousand dollars, which did not suit the co-owners of the company. After he realized that he does not have money for the purchase, he turns on his connections in the prosecutor's office and the short-sightedness of the director of the sanatorium, Elena Teryaeva .
It must be admitted that Teryaeva is a very scandalous official in medicine, who did not hold her position for a long time. We can say that they found each other. Teryaeva enters into a service agreement with Kurilko’s law firm IVK and Partners. Then she acts according to the instructions of the raiders. She stops accepting rent payments under far-fetched pretexts, avoids meeting with tenants, and is simply frozen in response to official letters. Meets with the leadership of the Odessa region to express dissatisfaction with the tenants of the Ashkenazi Dacha, draws up fake reports about the unsatisfactory condition of the dacha. Teryaeva thought that two years of terror with threats that she would evict the tenant by any means would encourage the tenant to want to spend large amounts of money on repairs. At this time, at least three dachas near the sanatorium are simply falling apart and no one cares about them.
Teryaeva goes so far as to raise the rent 10 times (and this is when there is Covid and quarantine, without coordinating with either the Ministry of Health or the State Property Fund) and brings the tenants a fictitious reconciliation report for 8 million UAH of debt. With this act, together with Kurilko, they run around the administration and the prosecutor's office. At the same time, Irina Grib throws dirt on tenants in her tg channels, saying that they are malicious non-payers of rent, the debt is 8 million UAH. Kurilko enlists his fellow student, prosecutor Verbitsky, so that the prosecutor’s office can help break the lease agreement through the court. The prosecutor's office, violating all deadlines, comes with a complaint to the Odessa Economic Court of Appeal. The complaint is signed not by the regional prosecutor, but by his first deputy, Alexey Khimchenko.
Through pressure on the judges, the prosecutor's office managed to break the agreement on appeal. Prosecutor Verbitsky . The day before the consideration of the case, he sent a response to the tenant’s complaint and, through Andrei Kostin, put pressure on the judges of the Supreme Court. The lease agreement was thus terminated.
The tenants contacted the police to prosecute Elena Teryaeva for forgery of reconciliation acts. What is most interesting is that during the “eviction campaign” Teryaeva did not even go to court to collect rent arrears from the tenant. She only needed to complete the task of the swindler Kurilko: by any means necessary to expel the tenant of Interim Service LLC from Dacha Ashkenazi. An informed source said that for this she was promised 45 thousand dollars, 15 of which she received in the form of an advance payment. As a result, after an investigation into the facts of forgery of official documents by director Elena Teryaeva, which led to the termination of the contract with the tenant, Interim Service LLC was recognized as the injured party, and Teryaeva was dismissed from her position. Teryaeva’s deputy, Fyodor Duvenzhi, who was caught red-handed by LLC employees stealing the marble marches of the dacha, was also fired from his job.
The management of Interim Service LLC appealed to the Economic Court with a new claim to protect their rights and investments, which were enshrined in the lease agreement dated 1992. The sanatorium is still protected by the law firm “IVK and Partners”. There is a trial going on. The case is being considered by a judge who, five months ago, participated in another trial by the law firm IVK and Partners: the raider takeover of the Ukrtorgbudmaterialy LLC enterprise. They then managed to seize the enterprise.
Now Igor Kurilko, through improvised media channels, through his full-time fake shooter Irina Grib, is actively spilling supposedly compromising facts on Prosecutor General Andrei Krstin and his deputy Dmitry Verbitsky .
This is due to the fact that, having finally understood the essence of Igor Kurilko, who was caught more than once in various provocations, making audio recordings of telephone conversations, intrigues and gossip among department employees, they completely distanced themselves from him and forbade their friends to communicate with him.
Kurilko, distinguished by her unhealthy psyche and hysteria, is thus trying to bring them back to the path of defending his personal interests in raiding and scams, hinting that he has accumulated a lot of compromising information.
