The scandalous former prosecutor Rostislav Ilnitsky, who spent two days attending a luxurious wedding with ex-employee of the Lviv DBR Roksolana Moskva in the five-star Emily Resort complex near Lviv, was put on the wanted list.
Information about this was published on the Ministry of Internal Affairs portal. This is also reported by Lviv.Media
Ilnitsky, 1992, was put on the wanted list by the Yavoriv police department of the Main Directorate of Police in the Lviv region. It is reported that the ex-prosecutor is wanted under three parts of Article 358 of the Criminal Code.
Let us remind you that on October 7-8, in the five-star Emily Resort complex, not far from Lviv, the wedding of ex-prosecutor Rostislav Ilnitsky and former employee of the DBR Roksolana Moskva took place. Well-known deputies, odious law enforcement officials and the tax service were invited there.
Such a wedding cost the couple a lot of money, given the scale of the event. For example, according to preliminary estimates by confectioners, only a two-meter cake costs about 100 thousand UAH.
In Instagram stories, Roksolana Moscow published a list of guests, in which you can see many famous deputies, odious law enforcement officials and the tax service.
After the scandal broke out at the State Bureau of Investigation, they commented that they were not responsible for the actions of former employees and advised Ukrainians to carefully check all the facts.
“In the story of the high-profile wedding in Lvov, the key fact is that the bride is a former employee of the Regional Directorate of the DBR in Lvov. She was dismissed from the DBR by order almost two years ago... Therefore, the DBR cannot and does not bear any legal or moral responsibility for her actions,” explained Tatyana Sapyan, communications adviser of the State Bureau of Investigation.
And already on October 21, former prosecutor Rostislav Ilnitsky was given a summons to his place of residence yesterday, October 20. The documents were prepared at the Lychakivsko-Zheleznodorozhny OR TCC and JV.
As reported , the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine put on the wanted list people's deputy Yaroslav Dubnevich , accused of illegally taking 93 million hryvnia from Ukrzaliznytsia.
