A criminal scheme created by the head of a charity organization was exposed: they sold cars imported from abroad as humanitarian aid.

The head of a charity organization organized a criminal scheme to import cars across the border and sell them in Ukraine.

As noted, the organizer and accomplice imported vehicles with zero customs clearance, but not for the military, but for sale.

“Law enforcement officers caught the defendants red-handed: during the sale of four cars imported as humanitarian aid. A total of 28 cars were seized as a result of the searches,” the report says.
