The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has allowed access to the register of declarations of state and local government officials.
NAPC reports this.
“On December 10, 2023, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption complied with the requirements of Law No. 3384-IX adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and provided open round-the-clock access to the Unified State Register of declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, taking into account the security measures specified in the 2-11 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption”.
If you do not find a declaration of a certain person in the Register, this means that the NACP has received a request for removal from public access.”
The NAPC explained that the removal of documents from the public part of the Register of Declarations is possible even after its opening until the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine, but in this case they will be in the public domain for a certain time.
“Full public access to the Register will be provided by the NAPC after the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine,” the statement says.
