“Reserve+” is not an analogue of an official document and has no legal force

The information in the mobile application for military personnel Reserve+ is not an official document, but is for informational purposes only, the service developers note. Therefore, the application cannot be used in cases where the person liable for military service must submit the relevant document

In the “Questions and Answers” section of the application, the question of whether the information displayed in Reserve+ is an official document is included in the list of frequently asked questions.

“Unfortunately, the information in the Reserve+ application from the Oberig registry is not yet an official document,” the application says.

It is noted that in the future the situation may change and the documents will receive legal force.

“The Reserve+ team is working on launching an electronic military registration document that will have the same legal force as a paper one,” the application notes.

Let us recall that on May 17, the Ministry of Defense announced that it was launching a mobile application “Reserve+”, intended for those liable for military service, conscripts and reservists. In this regard, those liable for military service can update their credentials.

After the launch of the “Reserve+” mobile application on May 18, hundreds of thousands of citizens tried to log in to it, which is why difficulties with authorization periodically arise.
