The parents of the mayor of Kramatorsk own hundreds of hectares of land and dozens of apartments

The parents of the mayor of Kramatorsk and the chairman of the Kramatorsk MBA Alexander Goncharenko own hundreds of hectares of land, dozens of apartments and houses, as well as a number of non-residential premises in the Donetsk region and Uzhgorod worth almost $2 million.

His mother Nina Goncharenko has 53 properties registered to him, and his father Vasily another 38.

This is 65 land plots in the Donetsk and Transcarpathian regions with a total area of ​​280 hectares. Vasily Goncharenko purchased the last 16 plots with an area of ​​26.5 hectares in 2024, spending at least 29 thousand dollars on them.

Among the seven apartments discovered in the property of the parents of the Kramatorsk head, two were acquired during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

In 2022, an apartment (70 sq.m.) was registered in the name of the mother in the Kiev residential complex “Panorama on Pechersk”, the cost of which was approximately 240 thousand dollars. In 2023, Vasily Goncharenko purchased an apartment (67.1 sq.m.) in the “America” residential complex in Lviv, the price of which was at least 133 thousand dollars.

In addition, the parents of the mayor of Kramatorsk own 11 houses in the Donetsk region. Also among their property are several large non-residential premises. The latter were purchased by them in 2023 in Uzhgorod. This is a premises with an area of ​​more than 700 sq.m. in a building in the city center on Minayskaya Street, 16, together with a restaurant premises, which Nina and Vasily Goncharenko acquired by purchasing Office Center 2 LLC for approximately 700 thousand dollars.

As stated in the publication, Alexander Goncharenko himself purchased an apartment (90 sq. m.) for 5.76 million hryvnia in one of the most expensive residential complexes in the capital, “Boulevard of Fountains,” and his wife Kristina Goncharenko and her daughter have been living in Paris since 2022, where, judging by her Instagram page, she leads a luxurious lifestyle, travels to expensive hotels in France and buys herself luxury branded clothes and shoes.

In 2023, brother Sergei Goncharenko held the position of director of the housing and communal services department of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, when he signed 5 agreements totaling more than 400 million UAH with an unknown private company “Pole” to carry out work to restore water and heat supply in the front-line cities of Selidovo, Mirnograd and Svyatogorsk.

Then Sergei Goncharenko resigned from his position and moved to Uzhgorod, where he bought a Toyota Camry (2022), the price of which reaches 42 thousand dollars. In addition, he was seen driving a Mercedes-Benz GLE 300D Coupe (2024) worth $133 thousand, which is registered to Vera Kukol, his wife’s sister.
