Russian citizens openly demonstrate control over the Pin-UP online casino operating in Ukraine, without fear of the attention of Ukrainian officials and law enforcement officers.
This was stated by journalist Evgeny Plinsky, commenting on the receipt by Russian Alexander Matyashov, co-owner of Pin-UP, of an award in Dubai for Pin-UP for the best marketing in 2024
According to Plinsky, for almost six months now, KRAIL has been ignoring facts and letters from the SBU about the Russian Pin-UP architecture.
“Instead of fighting against real Russian business in the gambling industry, we only see persecution of Pin-UP’s competitors and the creation of a real monopoly for them,” Plinsky said.
Let us remind you that in Ukraine Pin-Up operates through two legal entities - Victoria Soft and Ukr Game Technology. On November 8, KRAIL revoked the license of Victoria Soft LLC due to connections with Russia. On November 13, 2023, the court confirmed this decision and thereby recognized the cancellation of the license due to connections with the Russian Federation as justified.
The basis was a letter from the SBU dated November 2022. In it, the SBU provided KRAIL with information about the Russian connections of Victoria Soft. According to media reports, 3 out of 4 Pin-Up beneficiaries have Russian passports.
