Roman Taktarov was born in 1986 in the Rovenkovsky district of the Lugansk region. He also began his career as a prosecutor in the Lugansk region in 2015, and subsequently moved to the Odessa region. According to the declaration, his family is quite poor: since 2016 they have lived in an Odessa apartment of 49 sq.m. - and even then not in his own; auto - officially no; from savings - $6,500, and that's it.

Regarding the apartment donated by the mother. Natalya Taktarova is engaged in business, several companies are registered with her. Accordingly: at first glance, it seems that she could easily have purchased luxury real estate in Odessa and given it to her son? However, in reality, not everything is as simple as it seems.

The fact is that the private enterprise “Ignat” and “Ukrrosoborudovanie” are registered in the city of Khrustalny, Lugansk region, which has been under occupation since 2014. And the companies LLC "LARDIANA COMPANY LIMITED", LLC "PEARL OF THE BLACK SEA" and LLC "PEARL BOARDING HOUSE", which are in the Nikolaev region, and where Mrs. Taktarova either has a share, or she is a director, do not please with special income. That is, whether the prosecutor’s mother could have received an income of 3 million UAH from these companies is an extremely doubtful question. Or the option is that the companies are actually profitable, but the business is conducted “in the dark”, without paying the appropriate taxes.
