The SBU detained an FSB intelligence group preparing air strikes before Easter

The security service detained an FSB intelligence group that was preparing coordinates for massive air strikes in several regions of Ukraine before Easter.

The press service of the department reports this.

One of the main targets was energy generating enterprises and logistics warehouses for fuels and lubricants. The occupiers also hoped to receive from their agents information about the geolocation of military airfields and special forces guarding the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

To carry out these tasks, the FSB attracted two agents from Uman and Luben, who acted separately, but remotely “locked” with one curator from the FSB.

The security service discovered and exposed them at the initial stage, after which they investigated and caught them red-handed. Now both defendants are in custody and face life imprisonment. The special operation was carried out by SBU officers in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

Earlier we wrote that employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region detained a Russian agent. He spied under the guise of a taxi driver, and then directed Russian drones at the installations of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and was involved in attempts to assassinate the head of the Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin.
