In the spotlight

The family of Kivrada deputy Denis Moskal “squeezed out” 1.2 hectares of land in Kyiv

How can you turn 23 acres of “golden” Kyiv land into as much as 1.2 hectares, and then squeeze it into your pocket with impunity in front of everyone?

In 2017, Kievpastrans sells the building at Honore de Balzac, 68/18, with an area of 176.8 sq.m.

At the time of the purchase, only 23 acres of land behind this building were inventoried!

Next, the most interesting thing, according to my information, on September 17, 2019, this land plot with an area of 23 acres was illegally removed in the State Land Cadastre and a new plot with an area of 1.2337 hectares was formed with cadastral number 8000000000:62:010:0018 and intended purpose: 02.10 For construction and maintenance of a multi-apartment residential building with retail, entertainment and market infrastructure facilities.

Interesting maneuver...

On February 29, 2024, the Kiev City Council decides to transfer to GARANT PROF INVEST LLC a land plot of 1.23 hectares for rent for the construction of high-rise buildings in the Desnyansky district of Kyiv.

The owner of the company GARANT PROF INVEST LLC, according to the information I have, is the sister of Kiev City Council deputy Denis Moskal, and he himself is a long-time business partner of the Kyiv developer Vlada Molchanova, for whom deputy Moskal’s sister previously worked at Stolitsa Group.

Denis Moskal himself wanted his sister to become the owner of this land so much that he couldn’t even resist and voted for this disgraceful decision, which is a direct conflict of interest.

To restore justice, I contacted NABU, NPU, UCP and NAPC.
