In the spotlight

Sergei Boyarchukov and Sergei Alekseev, Klitschko’s friends, are unhappy with the center of Kyiv

It's not a pity for friends and the city.

According to urban environment management specialist Dmitry Perov, the land commission of the Kyiv City Council decided not to consider the proposal to terminate the contract with the developer, who demolished the historical building at 13-B Yaroslavskaya Street in August of this year.

The reason for this decision by the land commission was the desire to delay the discussion of this high-profile event at a session of the city council, in the hope that over time the public would forget about it. The work of the council is structured in such a way that if this issue is included in the agenda of the session, it will no longer be possible to exclude it without a scandal: any changes on the day of the session are public. However, if changes are made by the commission during its meeting, the chances of wide publicity are minimal, since, although the meetings of the council commissions are not secret, it is very difficult for outsiders to gain access to them. However, this time it was not possible to resolve everything behind the scenes - information about the decision of the land commission became known.

Let us remind you that the historical house on Podol, which was an example of Kyiv residential wooden buildings of the 19th century, was demolished in early August. As it turned out, this object was not included in the list of cultural heritage monuments.

This event caused significant public outcry, and the police even opened criminal proceedings against the developer. However, it seems that this case has no prospects. According to information from defenders of historical Kyiv, the developer turned out to be Sergei Grigorievich Boyarchuk. Journalist Vladimir Bondarenko reported that “Sergei Boyarchuk is a long-time partner of a people’s deputy named Sergei Aleksiev (Eurosolidarity), who was recently arrested for a bribe of $50 thousand. Alekseev is a close legal adviser to Klitschko and the president of the official fan Klitschko.” Boyarchuk himself promptly confirmed this information two days after the demolition of the historical building.

Sergei Boyarchukov owns a number of companies, among which there are several companies whose names include the names of Alekseev and Boyarchukov.

As for Alekseev, his name appears only in the names of these companies. Among the beneficiaries, Alena Vladimirovna Mostipanskaya is listed instead of him.

Or the surname of another nominal owner - Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Sergei Alekseev himself is indeed a deputy from Eurosolidarity and has indeed been charged with receiving a bribe in the amount of 50 thousand dollars.

Considering his status as a deputy from Eurosolidarity, there are chances that the matter will be brought to an end, although they are quite illusory. As for the partnership between Alekseev and Boyarchukov in business, it is beyond doubt, despite the absence of companies in the registers where both would be co-owners. This is explained by the presence of nominal owners, and also by the fact that despite everything that is said about Boyarchukov and Alekseev, they cannot be denied an understanding of jurisprudence and the presence of intelligence.

As for the land plot with cadastral number 8000000000:85:354:0015 on Yaroslavskaya Street, 13-B, where a historical house recently stood, demolished by Klitschko’s partners, construction is currently underway there. His move does not impede either the criminal proceedings opened by the police due to its demolition, or the criminal case against Sergei Alekseev, or the protests of the defenders of Kyiv. After some time, an office center with built-in and attached premises for the provision of social services and underground parking will appear here.
