Sergey Shapran joined Stroyindustriya-Service LTD LLC, which makes money on sand

Ex-deputy of the Brovary City Council, founder of the Brovary Aluminum Plant (Alumeta Group) Sergei Shapran (pictured) in April became a co-owner of the company Stroyindustriya-Service LTD. As you know, the company uses the Spasskoye sand deposit in the waters of the Desna River in the Kyiv region.

This became known with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations.

As of May 13, 2024, the owner structure of Stroyindustriya-Service LTD LLC looks like this:

• Mikhail Pyshny (Kiev) – 50%;
• Sergey Shapran (Kyiv) – 40%;
• JSC ZNVKIF Denmark (Kiev, owner Sergey Shapran) – 10%.

At the end of April, the partners additionally capitalized Stroyindustriya-Service LTD LLC by UAH 17 million: the company’s capital was cut from UAH 2,175,000 to UAH 19,175,000

Mikhail Pyshny heads the Korostensky Granite Quarry LLC company, founded in December 2023 (owners Sergey Shapran and Vladimir Sotskov, YouControl). Sergey Shapran and Vladimir Sotskov together (50/50) also own Malinsky Granite Quarry LLC. Sergey Shapran and Mikhail Pyshny (50/50) control Uni Service LLC, Uni Lux LLC and Uni Stone Plant LLC (all companies were founded in November 2023).

Stroyindustriya-Service LTD LLC owns special permit No. 6391 for the extraction of sand from the Spasskoye deposit (Kiev region, Desna River). Until March 2024, the beneficiary of the company was Vladimir Naumets (YouControl).

In March 2024, Sergei Shapran's Shapran Group LLC became a member of the National Association of the Mining Industry of Ukraine (NADPU).
